Even for those who like eating vegetables, it can be a challenge to eat the recommended servings each day. Sometimes, vegetables take a little more time to prepare than some of the less-healthy food options too.
In this wellness workshop, the Rising Star Interns from Iowa State Extension & Outreach will share some tips for including more vegetables in your diet. They will cover how to prep vegetables to last you all week, and how to sneak more vegetables into your meals.
